Free Shipping for orders over $69.00*. We deliver to residential or commercial addresses only and We do NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
*Please note remote or some rural communities (Post Code has 1 or more "0" in the 2nd, 3rd or 6th digit, e.g. Red Lake ON P0V 2M0) away from major routes, remote islands (e.g. Saturna Island, BC) and Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) will incur additional shipping charges depending on your actual location and distance from our warehouses, you will be contacted by our staff in that case, as the shipping surcharge will not pre-populate for these locations due to system limitations.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) is/are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Please note Shopify only provides us with 7 days of grace period so your payment will be charged automatically after 7 days.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock, it will ship within 1-7 business days from your order's date. We will send you tracking information once it's available to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 20 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@delightfulyard.com.
[IMPORTANT] Freight Trucks Delivery & Damages:
For freight truck deliveries, please pay special attention to the delivery of your order. Upon receipt, you must verify the conditions of the delivered package. All sides of each package should be examined carefully. Do not let the carrier representative leave without written detailed notes on the waybill of all damages if applicable or simply reject the receipt of the items.
Once you sign the paperwork from the freight company you become the legal owner of the product and we can not file a damage claim; you will be responsible for filing a claim. This is a standard policy by all Trucking Companies and is the standard with all of our competitors. If you find the item is damaged. Write damaged on the Bill of Lading (BoL) and inform us through info@delightfulyard.com. We will be happy to handle the claim on your behalf and ship out a replacement to you ASAP.
