Refund policy
Our organization permits customers to apply for a return within 30 days following the initial date of purchase. Should there be a necessity to cancel an order within a period of 72 hours before shipment, customers are entitled to a full refund. Any cancellation requests received beyond the 72-hour window will be subject to a 3% administrative charge. In the event that an order is cancelled post-shipment, regardless of the 72-hour window, the customer shall bear the entirety of the original shipping costs, in addition to any applicable return shipping charges and a restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during the order placement. If an order is undeliverable for any reason and returned to us, the customer will be refunded less the shipping charges incurred to and from the destination.

Buyer's remorse return
Buyer's remorse returns are accepted within 30 days after the product is delivered, provided that the returned item is in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If a product is inspected and deemed resellable, an UP to 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that assembled or partially assembled items will NOT be accepted for return.
The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping and insurance (in certain cases the original shipping cost will be added where applicable). We will assist in creating return labels for you. This is a standard industry practice, especially for large or heavy items. We do not accept COD packages. Any discounts given will be subtracted from the refunded merchandise.
SPECIAL NOTE on Canopia by Palram (Palram-Canopia) Brand:
It is imperative to highlight that our supplier, Canopia by Palram (Palram-Canopia), maintains strict standards regarding the condition of returned items. We earnestly urge customers to handle the packaging with utmost care to avoid any damage when opening the packaging. In the event of a return, it is essential to repackage the box precisely as it was originally received (excluding the straps, should you not have the resources to securely reseal it), utilizing only clear adhesive tape.
If there is uncertainty regarding the appropriate method to reseal the package, we strongly recommend contacting our customer service team prior to proceeding. We can solicit a photograph of the original packaging from the supplier to serve as a helpful reference. Non-adherence to these return conditions will result in the rejection of the return by Canopia by Palram (Palram-Canopia)’s supplier. Please be advised that Delightful Yard holds no responsibility for the rejection of returned items due to non-compliance with the supplier’s stipulated return standards (should it be required, we will furnish documented evidence from the supplier). All returned items will be sent to the supplier’s warehouse, and they retain the right to provide the final explanation regarding the return. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are highly appreciated.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not throw away the boxes or packing materials as the shipping company will not honor the claim if they are missing.
For defective or missing parts, please contact the manufacturer's customer support/warranty team first for a quick resolution for replacement parts. We will assist with any such claims if requested. In providing this assistance, Delightful Yard does not assume any responsibility.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized products, such as ShelterTech Shelters and High Tunnel Greenhouses, are not refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that the entire return process may take 2-4 weeks to process. It can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
