Note: 1. Connect the parallel ports on AC240P units via the P480A for Parallel Connection. 2. For high-power devices over 2,400W, please connect to the output ports of the P480A. 3. The P480A intelligently balances the capacity of 2 AC240P units without manual or app control. 4. Once the parallel charging cable disconnects, the AC240P units will shut down automatically for safety reasons.

Palram-Canopia products will ship from Mississauga ON; Shelterlogic, Sojag and Arrow products will ship from Longueuil QC or Calgary AB; Gazebo Penguin products will ship from Montreal.

For freight truck deliveries, please pay special attention to the delivery of your order. Upon receipt, you must verify the conditions of the delivered package. All sides of each package should be examined carefully. Do not let the carrier representative leave without written detailed notes on the waybill of all damages if applicable or simply reject the receipt of the items.

Once you sign the paperwork from the freight company you become the legal owner of the product and we can not file a damage claim; you will be responsible for filing a claim. This is a standard policy by all Trucking Companies and is the standard with all of our competitors. If you find the item is damaged. Write damaged on the Bill of Lading (BoL) and inform us through info@delightfulyard.com. We will be happy to handle the claim on your behalf and ship out a replacement to you ASAP.
